I really liked the fast Wi-Fi. It helped me stay connected without issues. The room was clean, with a nice retreat after a day of exploration. I appreciated the strong air conditioning, a blessing in the heat. I noticed a lack of basic amenities, such as a blow dryer, which would have made things easier. The shower setup wasn't great. It made the bathroom quite messy. I also felt the furniture cramped the space a bit, taking away from the overall comfort. The staff did their best, but it could use a little more attention to detail.

Fridge accessibility policy could improve!!! Shower pressure just okay but lacking head holder!!! Room cleanliness slightly off, and unpleasant odors might intrude on enjoyment!!!

the location was peaceful and practical - a few steps away from everywhere we wanted to go. we randomly popped in etc eat & treats cafe serving some pastries, located around 10-15 minutes walk from the hotel, it was nice.

The room I stayed in was big size, it had 2 single beds. The location was good, a 10-15 minute walk from Magellan's Cross. And it was also near transportation and convenience stores as well as pier.

Didn't like the staff, some of them were not so helpful.

inconsistent cleanliness

Room cleanliness was inconsistent. I had to request cleaning multiple times, and it always happened later in the afternoon. The concrete floor was uninviting, lacking basic amenities like a blow dryer, and the bathroom setup was flawed-showering turned the entire toilet area into a swamp. The air conditioning struggled to keep up, and the room was cramped due to excessive furniture. Pictures didn't match reality, disappointing.

The location was convenient for those planning to head to Moalboal the next day. Friendly staff contributed positively to the experience. Although the stay was pleasant, there wasn't a local channel available, and the additional fee for Netflix seemed a bit unwarranted. The air conditioning could have been more efficient to keep the room at a more comfortable temperature.
